To use Relovd, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Trading & Community Rules
Relovd is a platform for users to trade items. When using our service, you agree not to: • Post misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent listings. • Trade prohibited items (including illegal goods, weapons, or hazardous materials). • Harass, abuse, or harm other community members. • Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
4. Item Descriptions & Ownership
Users are solely responsible for the items they list. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to trade any item you post on Relovd. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.
5. Intellectual Property
The Relovd name, logo, and all related designs are the exclusive property of Relovd. You may not use our branding without prior written consent. Content posted by users remains their property, but you grant Relovd a license to display it on the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Relovd is provided 'as is' without any warranties. We are not responsible for disputes between users, failed trades, or any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform.
